Grace Period & Late Arrivals There is a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, the appointment may be canceled OR a $10 late fee may be added to the service cost. Cancellations All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service, charged to the card on file. No-Call / No-Show All no-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service cost. Deposits Any deposits made are transferable one time only, as long as the appointment is rescheduled with at least 24-hour notice.
